This privacy policy explains how Invoice, Quote & Receipt Pro ("the App") handles your information.

Data Storage

All invoices, quotes, receipts, client information, business details, and settings you create in the App are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a server or database, and your data is never transmitted to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.

Permissions the App Uses

• Camera — used only when you choose to scan a QR code or barcode within the App. The camera is not accessed at any other time.
• Photos/Media — used only when you choose to select an image from your device (for example, a business logo or signature) to include on your documents. The App does not browse, upload, or access your photos for any other purpose.
• Notifications — used to send you reminders and alerts you configure within the App, such as overdue invoice or expiring quote notifications. These are generated and scheduled entirely on your device.

No Accounts, No Third-Party Sharing

The App does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal or business data with any third party, because the App has no server component that could do so.

Sharing Features

If you choose to use the App's built-in share function to send a document (for example, via email or a messaging app), that action uses your device's own share options and is entirely under your control. We have no visibility into or involvement in that transfer.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and is not designed to collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
